Can I get a bike delivered?
Yes you can! We deliver our bikes fully assembled to your door.

Bicycle delivery rate (Victoria):

  • Under 15km radius from Melbourne CBD = $20
  • Under 50km radius from Melbourne CBD = $50
  • Over 50km radius from Melbourne CBD = please contact us for a specific delivery location quote

Do you ship outside of Melbourne? 
Yes we do. If you live further than 100km from Melbourne CBD please our store for additional delivery options. 

What’s click and collect:  
It’s as easy as shopping online and picking up your purchase in store when it’s ready. Simply choose “Pick up in store at Giant Lygon” at checkout, and we’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection. 

How can I track the status of my order? 
You will receive an order confirmation email when you make a purchase. For bike purchases, this will be followed by a call from one of our sales representatives. For any other questions, please contact our store

What kind of Warranty comes with my new bike?
Please see our company warranty policies here.

How do I make a Warranty Claim?
Please take your bike back to where you purchased it, if this is not possible, to your closest licensed Giant retailer.

What is your return policy?

Do you take trade-ins?
We do not take trade-ins.

Do you have a size guide?
We do! All bikes displayed on our website have a size guide below them.

How do I know whether this bike has enough growing room? 
If you are unsure about kids sizing, growing etc. please contact our store and a team member will help you choose correctly. 

How does Giant measure the size of its bike frames?
Rather than providing sizes in Centimetres or Inches, Giant follows a simple XS to XL sizing scheme. The Giant Lygon St site contains height recommendations for each size on the individual product pages. For specific measurements (such as seat tube length) please refer to the “Geometry” section of the product page.

How does Giant measure the weight of its bikes and frames? 
As weight varies significantly between sizes and depending on accessories fitted, Giant does not provide a single weight figure for different models. Please contact our store if you would like to discuss the weight of a specific model. 

Can I put a bike on hold whilst I make a decision?
Unfortunately, we don't hold bikes in our network.

Can I order a bike if it is not in-stock? 
Yes! You are able to place a pre-order or backorder with us. Please consult our team for delivery dates, bikes arriving etc. 

How can I test ride a Giant bicycle? 
Give us a call to arrange a test ride! Details can be found on our contact page. 

Can I customise my bike when I order?
Giant bikes are sold as they are. However, we offer a wide range of parts and accessories, and our team can help fit them to personalise your bike to suit your needs.

Where can I pick up my Giant bicycle? 
You can collect your new bike directly from our retail store at 119 Lygon Street, Brunswick East. Find our location here

How do I cancel an order? 
Please contact our store to cancel your order. 

I'm looking for a product that's not online. What do I do? 

Please contact our store to enquire about any product that is not listed on our site. 

Do you offer layby?
Yes. We offer a 4 week layby policy.

Do you price match?
If you are wanting a price match, please speak to our team and they will be able to assist you.

What online payment methods do you offer?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and ZIP Pay.

How often should I get my bike serviced?
We recommend once or twice a year, depending on how often you ride your bike, what conditions you ride in, etc.

I want to learn how to maintain my bikes. 
Please speak to a team member at Giant Lygon St. for tips and tricks to maintaining your own bike. 

I can’t find my bike manual, where can I get a new one?

How do I book my bike for a service? You can either give us a call, or come in and speak to a team member. 

How long will it take to get my bike serviced?
Provided we don’t need to order parts, it will be the same day turn around. Please speak to your mechanic when you’re in store for the most accurate turn around time.

How much does it cost to get my bike serviced?

Do you accept non-Giant bikes for servicing? 
Yes. Please contact our store to make a booking. 

How do I get replacement parts for my Giant bicycle? 
Please contact our store if you require any replacement parts. 

Can my frame be repaired? 
There are several quality frame repairers in Australia. However, Giant Lygon St is unable to guarantee any work carried out by these providers. 

What are the types of tyres and which one works best for me?
Tyres can vary in rubber thickness, tread pattern, wheel diameter, tire width, color, and material. For a crash-course in tire technology, please contact our friendly sales team.

Is there a local riding group that I can join
There are multiple local riding groups around. Speak to a team member in store about how and where to join. 

Where can I ride near me?
Anywhere! If you are looking for new routes, speak to a team member in store. They will have some knowledge of local rides/routes.
