Staff Bike Check: Jack’s 2026 Revolt Advanced Pro 0

Our head mechanic, Jack, was quick to get his hands on one of the new 2026 Revolts with the Advanced Pro 0 landing in store in his size, he wasted no time in securing one for himself.

Jack is an experienced gravel rider/bikepacker, and while this bike may not see any long tours, it’s perfect for some fast fun gravel as well as the morning commute to the store!

This build is mostly stock for now, although we expect some distinct upgrades in the near future as Jack tunes the bike to his liking!

Let’s have a look at the components and build:

We asked Jack a few questions about the build, here’s what he had to say:

What are your initial thoughts on the bike and how it rides?

After a short period of time on the bike it definitely feels like it wants to get up and go. Super agile and quick and if you point it uphill feels like you could climb for days.

Are there any upgrades you have done or are planning to do?

I have swapped out the tyres for a more gravel/trail combo with a Vittoria T50 tyre on the rear for low drag pace but still capable and a more aggressive T60 on the front to bite into the dirt on descents/in the looser corners.

I'm super happy with the drive train for now but may look at changing it up to a 1x down the line.

Have got a gloss ride wrap put on so I don't have to stress about rocks or bag rub.

Are there any rides you're keen to do on the bike?

I’m looking forward to spending some big days in the saddle taking the bike out to bunyip state park and maybe a run to Echuca on the cards for summer. Keen for a few flash packing weekends in the Otways or in the high country as well
